- This was a fun order to create.
Not a tough job at all to work with such pleasant materials!
Kathy visited my booth at the Spring Bride and Prom Expo I attended in March. She decided right away she wanted me to craft something for her daughter, and after a little discussion, we started designing these cards.
Sarah is a horse woman, and Alan likes his motorcycle..."Can you put a horseshoe on one side, and a motorcycle on the other?" she asked.
"Yes!" was my immediate reply. I knew I had this motorcycle stamp and finding a cutting file for the horseshoes was as easy as visiting my favorite public domain vector clip art site.
I emailed a few questions to Kathy for her to forward to Sarah in order to gather the information for the cards. They decided to just send me Sarah and Alan's story. I pulled the information from what they sent, divided the story between Sarah and Alan, and fomatted it to fit on twelve cards.
If I'm going to be honest, it was tough to let all that prettiness go out the door! But I'm really excited to hear what Sarah's reaction is and thrilled to have been a part of what makes this a lovely, joyous day for her and Alan.
